Please join us for our September Packing Party! This party is hosted by Vanessa A Moody-Laird in honor of her recent hysterectomy. Nothing celebrates womanhood more than when we support each other! We'll pack period packs to provide to our local schools, shelters, food bank locations, and more. Please bring boxes of tampons, pads, panty liners, and sanitary wipes to be made into period packs. The Homeless Period Project is a 501(c)(3) organization - HPP:LC donates to over 100+ facilities in South Carolina monthly. HPP:LC provides menstrual hygiene products to the homeless, shelters, resettled refugees, schools, free medical clinics, food banks, the veterans groups, section 8 housing, etc. HPP has chapters throughout the country and across the world.

The Lowcountry chapter has been active since July 2018 and donates to all six area school districts (Berkeley County, Charleston County, Dorchester 2 & Dorchester 4, Colleton, and Beaufort), and over 60 local charities and organizations.

Invite a friend or three and bring your donations! We need individually wrapped tampons, pads, liners, feminine wipes, ziplock bags (quart or gallon sized; please NO sandwich bags, they are too small), and tall kitchen bags.
